Jayanti Reddy’s collection “The Twilight Zone” at Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2018, showcased high creativity and fashion statements.

Scalloped edges formed a prominent theme, while the checks’ embellishment created a perfect look. The sheer gave the outfits a fluid feel and the tassels added to the femininity along with bold laces and borders, creating a perfect blend of intricate and bold embroidery

When it came to showcasing the contradictions of the twilight hour in the collection, Jayanti ensured that the silhouettes captured the beauty of reverie and reality in their intersections.

The designer experimented with fabrics like velvet and metallic, to give the silhouettes an edgy and appealing look.

The embellishments were vibrant and intricate. Glass beadwork was interestingly used to create optical illusion-like embroideries. Giving the garments a modern twist and yet retaining their originality.
